Researchers studied the health data of more than 120 thousand people in the United States. Once a week, eat a handful of nuts, or 11 percent of those cancer risk of death from heart disease, 13 percent of those who eat 2-4 times per week, while those who consumed 5-6 times a week showed a 15 percent decrease.
Results of the study, "The New England Journal of Medicine" was published in the magazine.
